My first two novels are Beauty for Ashes (2007) and The Bells of St Martin’s (2011). Work in progress includes a set of children’s novels about the West Country, involving telepathy between a pony and its rider who time travel together through English history; and a trilogy of historical novels on the fourteenth century, the first of which, entitled 1349.
As Janey Fisher, I co-authored (with Ivan Waterman) the 2nd edition of of CSec Social Studies, for the Caribbean Examinations Council end-of-secondary school certificate, published 2008, and have just completed a Revision Guide to Social Studies based on the same syllabus, published in 2012. I am Series Editor on Macmillan Education’s Junior Secondary social studies series.
Outside of the educational field I have contributed to 1001 Ideas That Changed the Way We Think (2013) and the forthcoming 1001 Quotations to Inspire You.
